In the heart of the inner city, amidst the hustle and bustle of daily life, a seed of change was planted in 2012. This seed, Prodigy Preparatory, was sown by a group of ambitious teachers who recognized an urgent need within their community. They saw potential where others saw challenges and believed fiercely in the untapped promise of at-risk youth in their neighborhood.
Our Programs
Infant Room
Nurturing early development for ages 6 weeks to 18 months
Hours: 6 AM – 6 PM, Monday through Friday
Toddler Room
Encouraging growth through play for ages 18 months to 3 years
Hours: 6 AM – 6 PM, Monday through Friday
Preschool
Building confidence with hands-on learning for ages 3–5
Hours: 6 AM – 6 PM, Monday through Friday
Before and After Care
Supporting families with care for ages 5–12
Hours: 6 AM – 6 PM, Monday through Friday
Family Engagement
We value strong relationships with families as a cornerstone of scholar achievement
We promote open communication and encourage families to participate in our school events, volunteer opportunities, and academic check-ins
Learning Beyond the Classroom
Opportunities that inspire creativity, teamwork, and curiosity
We offer a variety of enrichment activities to help students grow outside traditional academics — including visual arts, physical education, field trips, and after-school programs.
